Kailee Woodward is a married mother of four girls, who recently became a nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience in nursing. Kailee has worked tirelessly to provide top-notch care to her patients, always going above and beyond to ensure their wellbeing. Kailee's passion for aesthetics has been a lifelong interest, and she has recently taken the leap to become the new owner of NŪVO SKIN, a beauty and wellness center that offers a range of services to help people look and feel their best.
Born and raised in Thomasville, NC, Kailee has always had a strong sense of community and a desire to make a positive impact on those around her. In her free time, Kailee loves to travel with her family and explore new places. She also enjoys reading, and is always on the lookout for a great book to dive into.
Kailee is a true inspiration to those around her, and her dedication to her family, her patients, and her business is a testament to her strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Sarah Rivera Lopez
Sarah is an experienced nurse with more than seven years of ICU experience and a comprehensive background in multiple clinical specialties, including burn, trauma, oncology, cardiac, surgical, and neuro care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Francis Marion University and her Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of South Carolina in Columbia.
A proud U.S. military veteran, Sarah served from 2010 to 2014 prior to pursuing her career in nursing. She currently practices at the VA facility in Kernersville, providing dedicated care to the veteran community.
At NŪVO SKIN, Sarah will blend her advanced clinical knowledge with a holistic approach to support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals. Her focus includes whole-body health, weight management, and integrative care strategies designed to foster confidence, balance, and long-term well-being.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her two children, Sofia (11) and Cristiano (7), and values staying active and balanced in all areas of life.
Lydia Scott
Lydia is a dedicated medical aesthetician with a true passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Committed to excellence, she is always expanding her knowledge by learning the newest techniques, skills, and technologies in the field to ensure her clients receive the highest level of care and the best possible results.
A proud graduate of High Point University, she developed a strong foundation that supports her. Lydia is a local girl, who grew up in the triad. She enjoys being active at the gym and spending time outdoors with her husband and their two pugs.

Kelly Mantek
Kelly is our office Manager at NŪVO SKIN and is the first face you see when walking through our doors. Kelly is originally from Michigan, but has lived in North Carolina for nearly 30 years and now considers herself a true "Southerner”. Kelly has been married to her high school sweetheart, Rob, for 35 years and is blessed with 3 beautiful children. They have added a son-in-law, and now have two perfect granddaughters. Kelly has been with NŪVO SKIN since the day it opened and truly loves being a part of the team. “The way we operate feels like a tight-knit family, with all the warmth and support that entails. The best part is we strive to build meaningful relationships with our patients so they feel like they are part of the family too”. Kelly enjoys meeting all of our patients and is excited to be a part of their aesthetic journey at NŪVO SKIN.
